Locks
Study this picture. If you have lost a bike or are worried you may loose it. Think before you lock your bike.Use a good strong lock, don't leave your locked up bike hidden around the corner because you don't think people will see it.That is where professional and hopeful thieves look. Be smart lock it in a storage cage if possible, lock it where there is alot of passing traffic.Purchase the lock that best suits where you are to leave the bike, not by the value of the bike you are locking, it is very frastrating having anything stolen especially the thing you use as transport. These won't stop thieves but it may make them think twice.
P.S the problem with this pic is that the person that just took your bike only had to undo the front wheel and the rest of the bike was theirs. |
